30 Troubleshooting
This chapter informs you how to identify and remedy simple faults or the consequences of incorrect
operation.
If performing the following “Remedies” does not return the mobile workstation to working order, please
contact the manufacturer’s customer services department. To help customer services staff to react promptly
and effectively, please have the following information ready:
Serial number of the mobile workstation
Message on the display unit
Fault description
Date of purchase
Clean and if necessary disinfect the MAX cart before all work on the MAX cart or before returning
components.
Protect electrical equipment from moisture and liquids.
Before cleaning, disconnect connected devices from the mains.
Make sure moisture does not get into the electronics box, plug strip or electrical devices.
