30.4 TK version – unit does not function during charging
Plug of the 24 V DC input battery disconnected
Check plug on the rear panel
Check fuse on the rear panel or on the battery
Battery deeply discharged
Check battery charge status, if necessary charge
batteries or have customer services replace them
Charging LED flashes red: 2x short, 4x long
2x* short then 4x* long: charger temperature too
high or too low
Charging LED flashes red: 2x short 1x long
2x* short then 1x* long: max. charging period

Charging LED flashes red: 2x short 2x long
2x* short then 2x* long: max. charging voltage too
high or too low

Battery plug of the 12 V DC input disconnected
Check battery plug behind the rear panel
Check fuses on the rear panel
Mobile workstation has automatically switched off –
after a discharge of battery to < 10 %
Charge MAX Li-Ions. A charge of > 15 % must
follow after discharge down to an automatic switch-
off. Only then is it possible to switch on again.
Load on the socket strip too high
Check the output data of the load
Observe maximum load according to technical data
