the date of shipment from ADS.
Troubleshooting Fee
ADS will charge a troubleshooting fee if the reported product
defect cannot be found and/or the reported defect is not due to a
defect in materials or workmanship.
Shipping
All repaired products will be returned via transportation prepaid by
ADS. Import duties, fees, taxes, and other related charges are the
responsibility of the owner.
THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY FOR ADS PRODUCTS. NO
OTHER WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR
MERCHANTABILITY. PRODUCT REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT IS THE ONLY REMEDY. IN NO EVENT
WILL ADS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
Warranty Return Information for International
Customers
Please use U.S. Harmonized Schedule Number 9801.00.1012 on
your shipping documents and customs forms to indicate “U.S.
made goods being returned for repair”.
