Performs the OPEN correction for all channels
. The OPEN correction takes data with which
to cancel the oset error of the 4349B and the leakage of the test xture
, and takes stray
capacitance data for the contact check function. The OPEN correction data is stored in
non-volatile memory(EEPROM). (no query)
The oset error of 4349B depends on the temperature. The OPEN correction must be
performed when the temperature changes.
To perform a valid OPEN correction, conrm that required test xtures are connected to test
terminals on the front panel.
