when the 4349B was not expecting to receive a string.
-103 Invalid separator
The syntax analyzer was
expecting a separator and encountered an illegal character; for
example, the semicolon was
omitted after a program message unit,
*RST:TRIG .
-104 Data type error
The syntax analyzer recognized an unallowed data element; for example, numeric or string data
was expected but block data was encountered.
