Pulse Pulse mo dulation is accepted from an external
source at the PULSE connector. In addition,
pulse mo dulation can also be internally generated.
The pulse is adjustable in standard swept signal
generators with 1.0

s resolution. Swept signal
generators can also pro duce a 27.778 kHz square
wave for use with HP/Agilent scalar network
analyzers. Swept signal generators with Option 002
generate a synthesized pulse that is adjustable with
25 ns resolution.
Additional information is available under \Mo dulation", or refer to
the type of mo dulation by name (AM, FM, Pulse).
