Description
This softkey lets you dene the numb er of step points in a stepp ed
frequency sweep. The number of points in a stepped sweep can
range from 2 to 801.

Step Size
and
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

are dep endent
variables. If you knowhow many steps are desired in a given sweep,
use the softkey
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
Step Points
to set the desired value The step size
will b e calculated automatically.

Description
This softkey lets you specify the step size in a stepp ed frequency
sweep. The range of increment size is dependent on frequency
span and the numb er of step points desired, as given by the
formula: STEP SIZE = SPAN

STEP POINTS.
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
Step Size
and
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
Step Points
are dependent variables, as shown by the formula. If
a particular step size is desired, use the

softkey to set
the desired increment. The numb er of step p oints is then calculated
automatically.
