Execution Errors are rep orted by the swept signal generator after
rounding and expression evaluation op erations have taken place.
Errors that generate Execution Errors do not generate Command
Errors, Device-sp ecic Errors, or Query Errors.

These error messages indicate that a SCPI syntax error has b een
detected by the swept signal generator's parser. An error of this t
ype
sets the Command Error Bit (bit 5) in the Ev
ent Status Register.
One of the follo wing events has o ccurred:
A syntax error has been detected. Possible errors are: a data
element that violates the device listening formats or whose t
ype is
unacceptable to the instrument.
A semantic error has been detected indicating that an unrecognized
header was received.
A Group Execute Trigger (GET) was entered into the input buer
inside a SCPI program message.
Events that generate Command Errors do not generate Execution
Errors, Device-sp ecic Errors, or Query Errors.
