FUNCtion Subsystem
The FUNCtion subsystem configures the instrument's output function:
l FUNCtion - output waveform
l FUNCtion:ARBitrary - arbitrary waveform (.arb/barb) or sequence (.seq) that has previously been loaded into vol-
atile memory with MMEMory:LOAD:DATA[1|2].
l FUNCtion:ARBitrary:ADVance - method for advancing to next arbitrary waveform data point.
l FUNCtion:ARBitrary:BALance - (IQPlayer option only) state (on/off) for dual arbitrary waveform channel bal-
ancing
l FUNCtion:ARBitrary:BALance:GAIN - (IQPlayer option only) gain balance ratio for dual arbitrary waveforms
l FUNCtion:ARBitrary:BALance:OFFSet[1|2] - (IQPlayer option only) offset for individual channels of dual arbi-
trary waveforms
l FUNCtion:ARBitrary:FILTer - filter for arbitrary waveform
l FUNCtion:ARBitrary:FREQuency - frequency of arbitrary waveform
FUNCtion:ARBitrary:PERiod - period of arbitrary waveform
l FUNCtion:ARBitrary:POINts - number of points (samples) in the current arbitrary waveform
l FUNCtion:ARBitrary:PTPeak - peak-to-peak voltage for an arbitrary waveform
l FUNCtion:ARBitrary:SKEW - (IQPlayer option only) state (on/off) for dual arbitrary waveform skew
l FUNCtion:ARBitrary:SKEW:TIME - (IQPlayer option only) skew time in seconds
l FUNCtion:ARBitrary:SRATe - sample rate for arbitrary waveform
l FUNCtion:ARBitrary:SYNCh - restarts arbitrary waveforms at first sample simultaneously on both waveforms
l FUNCtion:NOISe:BANDwidth - bandwidth for NOISe waveform
l FUNCtion:PRBS:BRATe - bit rate for pseudo-random binary sequence (PRBS)
l FUNCtion:PRBS:DATA - sequence type for PRBS
l FUNCtion:PRBS:TRANsition[:BOTH] - edge transition time for both edges of PRBS
l FUNCtion:PULSe:DCYCle - pulse duty cycle for pulse
l FUNCtion:PULSe:HOLD - whether pulse width or duty cycle is held constant as other parameters vary
l FUNCtion:PULSe:PERiod - period for a pulse
l FUNCtion:PULSe:TRANsition:LEADing
FUNCtion:PULSe:TRANsition:TRAiling
FUNCtion:PULSe:TRANsition[:BOTH]) - edge time for pulse
l FUNCtion:PULSe:WIDTh - pulse width
l FUNCtion:RAMP:SYMMetry - symmetry percentage for ramp
l FUNCtion:SQUare:DCYCle - duty cycle percentage for square
l FUNCtion:SQUare:PERiod - period for square
