Time Base Accuracy Test
Specification
Description
This test measures the accuracy of the power meter's time base frequency.
Time base frequency determines the accuracy of the sampling rate when
making measurements. Time base frequency is measured by attaching a
frequency counter to the Trig Out socket on the rear of the power meter then
enabling test mode from the service menu.
Equipment
• Frequency counter: Agilent 53132A.
