A (ampere) measurement
Set up the multimeter to measure A (ampere) as shown in
Figure 2- 5. Probe the test points and read the display.

Connect the red and black test leads to 10 A input terminals
A (red) and COM (black) respectively. The multimeter is set to
measurement automatically when the red test lead is
plugged into the A (red) terminal.
