3.18.2 Pick up an incoming call for a monitored contact
Open the user local menu: Prog keys.
Use one of the following:
• The voicemail key will flash when a monitored contact is receiving an incoming call. Press
this key to open the page where the monitored contact is located.
• Open the user local menu: Prog keys.
Select a page to display by tapping on a page at the top of the screen (ALE-500) or at the
left of the screen (ALE-400) or by using the left/right navigation keys (ALE-300).
On the displayed page, select the contact with the ringing status to take the call.
This icon indicates a page where a supervised contact is receiving a call (several pages
can display this icon at the same time).
• Select this page. The page containing the supervised contact receiving the call is
displayed. The caller is displayed under the monitored contact’s name.
• Select the key (orange = ringing).
You are in communication with the caller.
If there is more than one supervised contact receiving a call:
• Select this page. The first supervised contact receiving a call is displayed on the page.
The caller is displayed under the monitored contact’s name.
• Press another time to see the next supervised contact receiving a call on the same
page.
• Select the key (orange = ringing).
You are in communication with the caller.
