Removing an MDA-a
Figure 75 shows how to remove an MDA-a from the 7750 SR-a4 chassis. Table 103
describes the features. The same method applies to the MDA-a cards in the 7750 SR-a8
chassis.

Required tools:
• #2 Phillips or flat blade screwdriver
To remove an MDA-a:
Step 1. Disconnect all cables connected to the MDA-a ports.
Step 2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the MDA-a captive screws (Key 2 in
Figure 75).
