3.5 Answering calls
3.5.1 Automatic/Manual Answer
There are two operating modes to answer a call:

Auto answer:
automatic answer to take automatically any incoming call or any call that is
waiting during call routing. Pressing this softkey in the Perso page activates or deactivates
the feature.
• Manual answer which requires an attendant action to take a call.
3.5.2 Answering an internal call
When receiving a call, the Alarm LED of the attendant set flashes (located at the top or at the
back of the set) and the incoming call is presented on the page:

Selecting the name of the caller or pressing the 'OK' key of the navigator, starts the communication.
3.5.3 Answering an external call
When receiving a call, the Alarm LED of the attendant set flashes (located at the top or at the
back of the set) and the incoming call is presented on the page:
next.
Selecting the number (or name if known to the system) of the caller or pressing the 'OK' key of the
navigator, starts the communication.
'Trunk group name' in the telephone area is the name of the group of external lines.
3.5.4 Answering a Call to the Attendant Group
When an internal user dials the group number, the call is presented on the page:

(If another
attendant takes the call, this one disappears on the attendant screen).
