4.7 Network/Network Transfer
This feature is used to interconnect two external callers via the installation, while retaining the ability
to release the connection.
When this feature is programmed by the system administrator, he/she can put the Network/Network
Transfer key on the Perso page or on the extension module (ALE-120, EM200 or virtual module on
ALE-500).
Following an incoming call, the attendant makes an outgoing call to a party. The first party is
automatically put on hold.
On extension module (ALE-120, AM-200 or
virtual module on ALE-500)

2. Open the Perso page (select the tab or
use the left navigation key).

The two parties are connected and
supervision is activated.
In steady state.

Press the key again.
The attendant barges in the conversation
after a barge-in tone.

The attendant is back to supervision.
