3.7 Consultation call
3.7.1 Consultation call to an internal user
A consultation call is activated as soon as the attendant starts dialing the first digit of the desired
user's number and a second telephone tab appears.
When the number is completely dialed the following softkeys are available:
To transfer (without oral presentation to the second party) the first party
to the second party.
To activate ringing on the second party set.
To transfer (without oral presentation to the second party) the first party
to the second party which is ringing.
To switch between the first party and the second party which is ringing
(the first party is automatically put on hold when not in conversation).
To cancel the consultation call and continue the conversation with the
first party.
To release both the conversation with the first party and the
consultation call.
To send a callback request to the second party which is ringing.
To cancel the consultation call and continue the conversation with the
first party.
To release both the conversation with the first party and the
consultation call.
To send a callback request to the second party.
To activate/Deactivate DTMF transparency.
To leave a message on the voicemail.
