View Photos & Personal Videos
Your Amazon Drive photos and personal videos are automatically available on your Fire TV when you
register your device to the same account you use to access Amazon Drive. You can also use Second
Screen to display photos and personal videos from your compatible Fire tablet or Fire phone.
Select Photos from the Fire TV menu to view your Amazon Drive photos and personal videos (under 20
minutes long) on your Fire TV.
You can use the navigation menu to browse:
All - Scroll right and left to view thumbnails of all of your photos and videos. Use the filters at the top to
jump to a specific year or month. Select a photo or video to view the full-sized version. Press the Back
button on your remote to return to the thumbnails view.
Favourites – View all of the photos or videos added to your Favourites list. Select Add to Favourites
below an individual photo or video to add it to the list. You can also filter by Favourites in an album.
Albums - Select an album to view all of the photos and videos saved to it.
Videos - Select a video to start playback. You can use the playback controls on your Fire TV remote to
pause, play, rewind and fast-forward.
While viewing a collection of photos or videos, you can press the Menu button on your remote to view
additional options, including options to sort by Date Taken, Date Uploaded, Newest First or Oldest First.
You can disable access to your photos and personal videos by enabling the "Block Content Types" option for photos in
your parental controls settings. To learn more, go to Set Up Parental Controls on Amazon Fire TV. However,
thumbnails of your recently viewed photos and videos will still show in the Recent row on the Home screen--you can
select the item and then select Remove from Recent.
Use Second Screen to View Photos & Videos
You can also send photos and personal videos from your compatible Fire tablet or Fire phone to your Fire
TV using second screen.

To send photos to your Fire TV:
Open the Photos app on your Fire device.
Swipe from the left edge of the screen and select a category or album.
Tap the Second Screen icon at the top to display your photos and/or videos through your Fire TV.
