Check your Go 2 Cameras mobile signal
strength
1. Open the Arlo app.
2. Tap Settings > My Devices.
3. Select your camera.
4. Tap Connected To > Cellular Settings > Signal Strength.
If signal strength is consistently less than three bars, consider moving your camera to a
location with better signal strength.
Optimize mobile broadband connectivity for
your Go 2 Camera
Check your service provider’s data coverage map for the area in which you want to use
your camera.
Note: Cellular coverage, including LTE coverage, uctuates based on network traic
and weather conditions. If you place your camera near the edge of a coverage area, your
connection weakens or drops whenever the mobile network is carrying a lot of traic in
that area. Heavy rain, thunderstorms, and high humidity can also weaken your mobile
broadband connection.
Check the mobile network signal strength in the location where you want to use your
camera aer setup.
