4.4.7 Returning a device resetting OK
When a device received the Resetting request command (SUB-COMMAND = 14H) and
reset successfully, it returned this message to the Host. If the Host does not get this
message after sending the Resetting request command in a timeout period, then the
device has failed to reset.
