Fig.1 -> Assembling housing
- Screw together the two halves of the housing at points -B- with suitable bolts -A-.
Fig.2 -> Attaching seal to evaporator refrigerant lines
- Seal refrigerant lines -C- to the two halves of housing -B- with seal -A-.
- After assembling both halves of the housing, seal off refrigerant line outlet area with silicone rubber.
Fig.3 -> Attaching seal to evaporator
- Seal top and both sides of evaporator -A- to housing with seal -B-.
Note:
The underside of the evaporator must not be sealed (so that condensation water can drain off).
