5.3 Alarm Zones
5.3.1 Accessing the Menu
From the Service Menu, perform the following:
 Use the arrow down button to scroll downwards to
Unit Configuration, then press Enter.
 Use the arrow down button to select Alarm Zones, then press
Enter once more.
 Use the arrow up/down buttons to select the alarm zone that
is to be configured.
 To view or change properties for the selected alarm zone
(name), refer to Configure Properties for an Alarm Zone (chapter
5.3.2).
 To access available functions for a selected alarm zone, press
the Function button
, or use, if necessary, the multiselect
feature to select several alarm zones by pressing the Select
button
to mark the alarm zones that are to be configured,
and then press the Function button .
The following menu selections will appear:
o Connect to Neighbour Alarm Zone (chapter 5.3.3)
o Disconnect from Neighbour Alarm Zone (chapter 5.3.4)
o Show Member Fire Alarm Devices (chapter 5.3.5)
o Show Neighbour Alarm Zones (chapter 5.3.6)
o Show Activating Detection Zones (chapter 5.3.7)
 Scroll with the arrow up/down buttons to select the desired menu,
then follow the instructions in the relevant chapter.

