5.7 Local Outputs
5.7.1 Accessing the Menu
From the Service Menu, perform the following:
Use the arrow down button to scroll downwards to
Unit Configuration, then press Enter.
Use the arrow down button to select Local Outputs, then
press Enter once more.
Use the arrow up/down buttons to select the Local Output
that is to be configured.
To view or change properties for the selected Local Output, refer
to Configure Properties for a Local Output (chapter 5.7.2).
To access available functions for a selected local output, press
the Function button
, or use, if necessary, the multiselect
feature to select several local outputs by pressing the Select
button
to mark the local outputs that are to be configured,
and then press the Function button .
The following menu selections will appear:
Menu selections not applicable to FAD, FARE and FWRE:
o Connect to Output (chapter 5.7.3)
o Connect to Activation Group (chapter 5.7.4)
o Disconnect from Output (chapter 5.7.5)
o Disconnect from Activation Group (chapter 5.7.6)
Menu selectoins applicable to Open Collector Outputs
(general output 1 and 2):
o Show Activating Detection Zones (chapter 5.7.7)
o Show Activating Points (chapter 5.7.8)
o Show Activating Inputs (chapter 5.7.9)
o Show Activating Groups (chapter 5.7.10)
o Show Activating Outputs (chapter 5.7.11)
Menu selections applicable to Monitored Outputs (1 and 2):
o Move to Alarm Zone (chapter 5.7.12)
(Menu selection applicable to FAD only)
o Show Connected Units (chapter 5.7.13)
(Menu selection not applicable to FARE and FWRE)
Scroll with the arrow up/down buttons to select the desired menu,
then follow the instructions in the relevant chapter.
