11. After you have selected the other numbers, press the OK button.
12. Press the Phone/Exit button.
The new setting is saved.
Result
If you are in a call, another external caller receives a busy tone even if other telephones in the
call distribution are free.
Setting the date and time
1. Press the Avaya Home button.
2. Select Settings.
3. Press the OK button.
4. Select System functions.
5. Press the OK button.
6. Select Date/ time.
7. Press the OK button.
8. Enter the date in the day, month, and year format. For example, 050110 for January
5th 2010.
9. Enter time in hours and minutes format. For example, 1051 for 10:51 am.
The day of the week is set automatically.
10. Press the Back softkey.
The system saves the new setting.
Setting customer password *
You can setup a customer password that you can use when you manage the telephone system
with the Integral Customer Tool (ICT). The password can consist of letters and digits.
