The reservation of the conference appointment is complete. You can communicate
the date and time of the conference call, the number of the conference bridge, and
the access PIN to all participants expected to attend the conference.
Reserving the conference bridge for recurring usage
You can reserve the conference bridge for recurring appointments. For example, schedule a
weekly group meeting on every Friday at 9:00.
1. Press the Avaya Home button.
2. Select Conference bridge.
3. Press the OK button.
4. Select My conference.
5. Press the OK button.
6. Press the New softkey.
7. Press the Series softkey.
8. Select the day of the week you want to schedule the recurrent call.
9. Press the OK button.
10. Select the time for the conference to start.
The LCD screen shows timestamps of 15 minutes duration starting at the current
time. It also shows the appointments which are already reserved with a cross. You
cannot reserve them.
11. Press the OK button.
A line appears next to the start time to show your selection.
12. Select the expected end time.
13. Press the OK button.
On the telephone display screen, you can see the date and time of your
reservation.
14. Press the OK button.
The reservation of the conference appointment is complete. You can communicate
the day and time of the recurring conference call, the number of the conference
bridge, and the access PIN to all participants expected to attend the conference.
