1. Press the Avaya Home button.
2. Press the Lock function key.
3. Press the OK button.
The LCD screen displays the message
Phone locked
.
Unlocking the telephone
1. Open the Status menu.
2. Select Phone locked.
3. Press the OK button.
4. Enter the current PIN.
Managing appointments
Appointments and reminders
You can set your telephone to remind you of important appointments. You can administer your
telephone to act as a reminder for important appointments. You can enter up to three
appointments and specify whether you wish to be reminded once, on several days, or every
day.
At the time of the appointment, you hear a signal tone and see the message you entered for
the appointment on the LCD screen. You can selectively delete the appointments you
entered.
