Ignoring a call
About this task
When you do not want to answer a call or you are on another call, you can ignore the new
incoming call. When you ignore a call, only the ring alert on your phone stops, you can still answer
this call within its ring time by using the Up and Down arrow keys to select the call and answer it.
Procedure
On the Incoming call screen, press one of the following:
• Ignore soft key
• + volume button
• - volume button
The phone turns off the audio alert.
Note:
If you ignore a call using the Bluetooth headset, to answer back the call, press Answer or
Headset button on the phone.
