EC Declaration of Incorporation

hereby declare that the incomplete machine designated below has been designed and built in such a way as
to be in conformity with the safety and health protection requirements of directive 2006/42/EC annex II B (see
„Appendix regarding the Declaration of Incorporation“).
The special technical documents in accordance with appendix VII part B of directive 2006/42/EC have been
created.
The incomplete machine designated herein is furthermore in compliance with the provisions of directive 2004/
108/EC regarding electromagnetic compatibility.
The designated incomplete machine must not be placed in operation until it has been determined that the
machine in which the incomplete machine has been installed is in compliance with the provisions of directive
2006/42/EG annex II A.

Serial number
Consists of a consecutive number (5 digits) + date code (YYMM) +
end (unit designation -ALS204, -ALS206 or -ALS256). Example:
