11.5.1 Instruction form for the operator
An entry in this list certifies that the undersigned has participated in a training pro-
gramme/briefing session dealing with the function and operation of the compres-
sor unit. In addition, knowledge concerning the applicable safety regulations and
stipulations were imparted. The form is to be kept with the operational documents
(acceptance documentation, test book, operating manual), and it should be pre-
sented to the supervisory bodies upon request.
