Installing Boom Components
Sizer Disc Sizer Spring 7/8-9 x 1-1/2” Bolt Sizer
4) Secure the above items into place as shown below
Driver Side Complete (view from underside) Passenger Side Complete (view from underside)
5) Locate the Wrap Head Assembly and slide it over the 3” rails as shown below. Slide it all the
way on to better balance the machine.
Note: The Water Manifolds are to be towards the inside (both driver and passenger sides).
Note: As the Head Assemblies are slid onto the rails, they should slid smoothly up and down the rails

Be sure to match the positions of the Limit Switch
Roller and the Sizing Flipper as shown above.
