Fault Cause and troubleshooting
Drive and heating ele-
ment are not working.
"Demo mode" ap-
pears on the display.
"Demo mode" is activated.
1. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply
and switch the appliance back on.
2. Deactivate "Demo mode" within 5minutes.

Ingredients are distributed unevenly.
Distribute the ingredients evenly in the pot.
Processing quantity is too high.
Reduce the processing quantity.
Incorrect tool is inserted.
Insert the right tool.

flat work surface.

End the current operation and wait 3seconds.
1. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply for
30seconds.
2. Switch the appliance back on.
Take the pot vertically out of the main unit.

Cover for the outer lid is not at the unlocking position.

sition.
