Poaching eggs

2. For the water-vinegar mixture, add
3l water and 3tbsp vinegar to the
pot.
3. Heat the water and vinegar to
85°C.
4. Once the temperature has been
reached, stir the mixture with the
spatula until it swirls around a little.
5. Break the egg and slowly add it to
the swirling water with care.
6. While the egg is poaching, stir
carefully with the spatula re-
peatedly.
7. When the cooking time has been
reached, take out the poached
egg with a ladle.

During warming-up, food is heated to a temperature below 100°C. Take note
of the recommended settings for warming up food.
Tip:You can adjust the preset temperature of 75°C.

Warming up stew
