26.10 Steaming
With the automatic programme
"Steaming" food is gently cooked in
steam without overpressure at ap-
prox. 100°C. This prevents loss of
nutrients and food retains its shape,
colour and typical flavour.
Take note of the recommended set-
tings for steaming.
Notes
¡ Unless indicated otherwise, the re-
commended settings apply to the
steaming attachment and fresh
food.
¡ If steaming is taking place on sev-
eral levels, this may extend the
cooking time.
Tip:Use the automatic programme
for steaming.
