3.7 Base plate 0 986 613 865
The AdBlue delivery module (fig. 7, item 1) is attached
to the base plate (fig. 7, item 2).
i Make sure that the base plate is clean.
i Regularly lubricate the fastening threads of the base
plate so that they function smoothly.
! Defective base plates may not be reused and must
be completely replaced.

3.8 Sealing device 0 986 610 905
Insert the sealing device (fig. 8, item 2) into the hole in
the pressure equalization element to test the housing of
the AdBlue delivery module (fig. 8, item 1) for leakage.
The pressure equalization element must be removed
from the housing section of the AdBlue delivery mod-
ule. The clamping claw (fig. 8, item 3) of the sealing
device is required for attaching the sealing device to the
AdBlue delivery module. Use the provided washers to
set the correct distance between the clamping claw and
the sealing device. If necessary, use additional washers
(not included).
