4. Special accessories
4.1 Testo gas detector
The gas detector by the Testo company (fig. 13) is used
for leakage tests on the AdBlue deliver module.
As test medium, forming gas (5% H2, 95% N2) is used.
Procure the gas detector directly from the Testo com-
pany.

i On initial commissioning, the gas detector must be
set to the gas type H2 (hydrogen) and the acoustic
concentration indicator must be switched on. Follow
the manufacturer's operating instructions.
i The manufacturer recommends to have a calibration
performed once a year.

4.2 Voltage stabilizer
Required voltage regulator: 30VDC/ min.20A.
Recommended voltage regulator: Bosch 1687022873
i Optimum measurements can only be guaranteed
when the Bosch voltage regulator is used (order
number 1687022873).
Adjusting the voltage regulator
1. Switch on the voltage stabilizer, and set it to a volt-
age of 24 volts.
2. Turn the current regulator to "Maximum".

4.3 Hand pump 1687222191
The hand pump is used to test leaks in the supply mod-
ule housing and coolant circuit.
