3.15 Hydraulic hose assemblies
Hydraulic hose assemblies are needed for various func-
tion tests, when troubleshooting and when purging the
AdBlue delivery module.
i All of the hose lines must be handled carefully and
checked before use. Replace hoses if inspection
reveals the following damage: Cracks, brittleness,
abrasion, kinks, or sluggish or damaged quick-re-
lease couplings.
! Defective hose lines must be completely replaced to
prevent damage and injury.
i The proper way to connect and use the hose lines is
described in the ESI [tronic] test and repair instruc-
tions.
3.16 Instructions concerning initial com-
missioning
i Apply the provided stickers to the test device
0986613880.

1. Affix the sticker "Follow operating instructions" to
the front of the test device (fig. 12, item 1). Remove
any grease from the surface to be used.
2. Affix the sticker "Composition of the calibrating gas"
to the side of the test device near the test gas con-
tainer (fig. 12, item 2). Remove any grease from the
surface to be used.
3.12 Weight 0986610839
The weight (fig. 11, item 1) is used to calibrate the
scale 0 986 610 838.
i Always keep the weight in a closed container
(fig. 11, item 2) to protect it from damage before
and after use.
i Have the weight checked every two years by a recog-
nized workshop.

3.13 Base plate 0 986 610 837
The base plate 0986610837 is used to hold dosing
modules of type Denoxtronic 1.1, for disassembly /
assembly. The assembly mandrels 0986610836 and
0986610846 are needed for disassembly / assembly
of the dosing module mixing chamber.
The parts set 0986613847 is used for leak checking
the dosing modules.

3.14 Adapter set 0 986 610 724
i The adapters are need for leak checking the
air circuit of AdBlue delivery modules of type
Denoxtronic 1.1. The delivery module is connected
to the gas manifold using the adapters and supply
lines 0986610926 and 0986610927.
