This menu is used to assign a user to a timezone. Time
zones are used to restrict user access to be within specific
times. Each user can only be assigned to one time zone.
Setting this option to 1 will give the user 24 hour access
to the system.
1) Enter [MENU] + [1] + [4] + [4] and select the user
from the list and press [OK].
TimeZone Access Ur1
01 - 24 Hour TimeZone
Press  0-9 OK to SAVE
2) Use the arrow and number keys to select the time
zone (00 to 16) that you want the user to follow,
then press [OK] to save and exit.

This menu allows you to assign each user to one or
multiple doors. A door assignment is used to allow and/
or restrict which users have access to various keypads,
readers and outputs.
1) Enter [MENU] + [1] + [4] + [5] and select the user
from the list then press [OK].
Ur1 John Smith
Ur2 Debbie Smith
Ur3 User 3 Name
Press
 OK or MENU
2) Use the up and down arrow keys to highlight the
door assignment, then press the [ON] key to select
or the [OFF] key to deselect.
Door 1 Name
Door 2 Name
Door 3 Name
Press
 OK ON OFF MENU
3) Repeat Step 2 until all required door assignments
are programmed, then press [OK] to save and exit
or press [MENU] to exit without saving.
