Delete a File
The display screen does not have to be cleared before deleting a file. A file can be deleted with
other data still on the screen.
To delete a previously saved file:
1. Press File .
2. Choose Delete and press Enter .
3. In the dialog box presented, use navigation keys to move to the option box indicating if
the file to be deleted is stored internally on the BMP
®
41 Label Printer, or externally on a
thumb drive, PC, etc.
Note: If the file to be deleted is stored externally, be sure to connect to the external
source in order to get the desired list of files.
4. Press Enter .
A list of previously saved files displays.
5. Using navigation keys, choose the file to delete.
6. Press Enter .
