Error Error message Description Remedy
4500 [Machine Error]
It is an error in network
configuration for the printer.
Check that the respective values of IP address,
subnet mask, and default gateway to be set are
the ones permitted by the network protocol, and
then redo the network configuration.
4501 [IP Address Setting Error]
It is an error in network
configuration for the printer.
4502 [Machine Error]
It is an error in network
configuration for the printer.
4503 [Machine Error]
It is an error in network
configuration for the printer.
4504 [IP Address Setting Error]
It is an error in network
configuration for the printer.
4505 (No message)
It is an error in saving the
EEPROM backup data.
(1) Check to see if there are strong
noise-generating object(s) in the surroundings.
(2) Reactivate the GTX to check to see if any error
occurs.
Electric components as candidate for replacement:
Panel USB harness, Panel control harness, Panel
control circuit board, and Main circuit board
4506 [No Enable Restore Data]
It is an error in restoring the
EEPROM backup data.
(1) Check to see if there are strong
noise-generating object(s) in the surroundings.
(2) Reactivate the GTX and perform the restoring
from the menu to check to see if such error occurs.

control circuit board, and Main circuit board
5010 [PC Data Error]
A timeout has occurred in
receiving the print data at the
time of receiving printing.
(1) There is a possibility that the receiving printing
is conducted while using the printer drive to send
the print data directly through a USB or LAN.
When conducting the receiving printing, use the
FileOutput driver to create a print data and then
perform the printing while using the FileViewer to
send the print data to the printer. Or, if you want to
use the printer driver to send the print data, use the
receiving function.
(2) If you want to disable the receiving printing
function, select the "Disable" in the [Rcvng Prnt
Setting].
(3) In the event that the print data is stored on the
intranet or cloud and these networks are slow in
processing speed, the data transfer may be
interrupted. Stop using the receiving printing until it
is improved or copy the print data into the PC or
HDD once and then send it to the GTX.
(4) When any other application software with a
heavy processing load is used on the
FileViewer-used PC, refrain from using such
software at the same time when sending the print
data to the GTX.
