5020 [Machine Error]
It is an internal error in
carriage movement.
(1) After reactivating the GTX, wait and see the
situation if it operates without any error.
(2) There is a possibility that this error occurred
collaterally after any other error had occurred.
Acquire the log file and use the GTX4 Service Tool
(View the DataLog -> Check Operation) to check
to see if another error occurs before or after this
error log.
5021 [Machine Error]
It is an internal error in
flushing.
5022 [Machine Error]
It is an internal error in head
movement.
5080 [Machine Error]
It is an internal error in
maintenance operation.
5081 [Machine Error]
It is an internal error in
maintenance operation.
5094 [Machine Error]
It is an internal error in platen
loading.
5095 [Machine Error]
It is an internal error in platen
unloading.
5096 [Machine Error]
It is an internal error in platen
line feeding.
5200 [Machine Error]
It is a communication error
between the main circuit
board and the maintenance
circuit board (No response).
Items to be checked:
(1) Check to see if there are strong
noise-generating object(s) in the surroundings.
(2) Reactivate the GTX to check to see if such
error occurs.
Electric components as candidate for replacement:
Maintenance circuit board, Maintenance control
harness, Maintenance communication harness,
and Main circuit board
5201 [Machine Error]
It is a communication error
between the main circuit
board and the maintenance
circuit board (Incorrect
receiving data).
(1) After reactivating the GTX, wait and see the
situation if it operates without any error.
(2) There is a possibility that this error occurred
collaterally after any other error had occurred.
Acquire the log file and use the GTX4 Service Tool
(View the DataLog -> Check Operation) to check
to see if another error occurs before or after this
error log.
5230 [Machine Error]
It is a communication error
between the main circuit
board and the maintenance
circuit board (Failure in
sending).
Items to be checked:
(1) Check to see if there are strong
noise-generating object(s) in the surroundings.
(2) Reactivate the GTX to check to see if such
error occurs.
