Error Error message Description Remedy
5231 [Machine Error]
It is a communication error
between the main circuit
board and the maintenance
circuit board (Incorrect
receiving data).
(1) After reactivating the GTX, wait and see the
situation if it operates without any error.
(2) There is a possibility that this error occurred
collaterally after any other error had occurred.
Acquire the log file and use the GTX4 Service Tool
(View the DataLog -> Check Operation) to check
to see if another error occurs before or after this
error log.
5232 [Machine Error]
It is a communication error
between the main circuit
board and the maintenance
circuit board (Incorrect
receiving data).
Items to be checked:
(1) Check to see if there are strong
noise-generating object(s) in the surroundings.
(2) Reactivate the GTX to check to see if such
error occurs.
Electric components as candidate for replacement:
Maintenance circuit board, Maintenance control
harness, Maintenance communication harness,
and Main circuit board
5233 [Machine Error]
It is a communication error
between the main circuit
board and the maintenance
circuit board (Incorrect
receiving data).
(1) After reactivating the GTX, wait and see the

not established).
Items to be checked:
(1) Check to see if there are strong
noise-generating object(s) in the surroundings.
(2) Reactivate the GTX to check to see if such
error occurs.

Maintenance circuit board, Maintenance control
harness, Maintenance communication harness,
and Main circuit board
5241 [Machine Error]
It is a communication error
between the main circuit
board and the maintenance
circuit board (Failure in
receiving).
5250 [Machine Error]
It is a communication error
between the main circuit
board and the maintenance
circuit board (Incorrect
firmware-updating data).
(1) The update-use firmware file may be corrupted.
When downloading the file via the network or
copying the file into the hard disk or USB flash
drive, the file could have been corrupted.
Repossess the correct file and use it to redo the
updating.
(2) If the problem is not solved by the operation
stated in (1), the acquired firmware file may be
corrupted. If so, please contact the source from
which the firmware file was acquired.
