10.5 CryoProbe Prodigy System (Optional)
The CryoProbe Prodigy uses nitrogen-cooled RF coils and preamplifiers to deliver a
sensitivity enhancement over room temperature probes of a factor of 2 to 3. The Prodigy
package is comprised of:
• A CryoProbe Prodigy
• The Prodigy Control Unit (PCU)
• A liquid nitrogen vessel.
