Danger of injury by tipping over of machine
If the machine is relocated, it can tip over and cause severe injuries
and substantial damage to property.
Only move the machine over flat, vertical floors in walking speed.
Take the top-heaviness into account when moving the machine.
Always watch out for persons when moving towards walls or
around obstacles.
After every relocation, make sure that the machine stands stable
and does not reel. Put on the brakes of the wheels.

Non-compliance with the food industry’s hygiene regulations can
lead to contamination of the end product and thus lead to injuries
and health hazards for the consumer.
Observe all legal regulations and hygiene rules for the food in-
dustry and health protection.
Follow all directions relevant to hygiene in this manual.
Make sure that the operating environment complies with the
specifications listed for the machine at all times.
