Improperly performed mainte-
nance
Danger of injury from improperly performed maintenance!
Improper maintenance can lead to serious injury and considerable
damage.
Make sure to have adequate freedom of movement before be-
ginning work.
Observe orderliness and cleanliness in the assembly area! Com-
ponents which are lying loosely on each other or next to each
other can cause accidents.
If components have been removed, observe the correct assem-
bly. Reinstall all fastening elements and comply with screw tight-
ening torque.
Observe the following before restarting:
– Make sure that all maintenance work is carried out and
completed according to the information and directions in this
manual.
– Make sure that no individuals are in the hazard zone.
– Make sure that all covers and safety equipment are installed
and fully functional.
Mind the following notes regarding environmental protection during
maintenance works:
Remove any leak, used or waste grease from all lubrication
points that are manually supplied with grease and dispose of ac-
cording the valid local regulations.
Collect oils that have been changed in suitable containers and
dispose of according the valid local regulations.
