Setpoint input
Process value output
The setpoint input servec to enter the analog setpoint value via a standard signal
for the MFC.
The process value output exits the current flow rate as a standard signal.
NOTE As an option you can obtain the PC software "Mass Flow
Communicator", with which you can switch over the standard signal
for the setpoint input and the process value output between 0 - 5 V,
0 - 10 V, 0 - 20 mA and 4 - 20 mA (see Appendix C).
