You can contact Butterfly Support directly through the Butterfly iQ App and submit a request for help.
To access support:
1. From the imaging screen, tap your user avatar (user uploaded photo or your initials) in the upper left corner.
2. Enter the Settings menu.
3. Scroll down to Request Help.
4. Use the Request Help, Submit Feedback, and Report a Bug selections to send messages directly to our
customer support team.
