11 Troubleshooting
Fault Cause Rectication
SALt is shown on the
display.
Too little regenerating agent in
the supply cavity (5).
Pipepressuretoolow,so
suction speed is too low.
Relltheregeneratingagentandpress
OK until the SALt display disappears.
ConrmwithOK.
If this occurs again, please consult custo-
mer service.
Unit is not providing sof-
tened water or blended
water.
No regenerating agent in the
supply cavity (5)
Powersupplyinterrupted.
Adjusting spindle for blending
(V)notcorrectlyset.
Relltheregeneratingagent.
Wait 3 hours for the brine for form and
then run the regenerating process manu-
ally for both softening columns one after
the other.

Adjust as per the “Setting of the blended
waterhardness”sectioninthestart-up
instructions..
