■ By turning the knob to the rear
wiper position and keeping it
there, both the wiper and washer
for rear windshield will start.
■ Turn the knob downward to the rear
wiper position and release
it.The wiper will work 1-2 times
after spraying of washing fluid.
Interlocking function of rear wiper and trunk lid
■ When the vehicle is powered up (OK) and the trunk lid is open, the rear
wiper/washer cannot work. During working of the rear wiper/washer, if the
trunk lid is open, the rear wiper/washer will stop work. If the trunk lid is
closed, the rear wiper/washer will work again 5s later. When the front wiper
is used, the rear wiper will work automatically when the R gear is engaged.
■ Do not make the washer work continuously for more than 10s, or make it
work when the washing fluid reservoir is empty; otherwise, the motor may
be damaged due to overheat.
■ Check wiper blades and clear the dirt on them at regular intervals.
■ If the wiper is started at the beginning of rainfall when rainwater mixes with
sand and dust, the wiper is unable to clean the windshield. On the contrary,
it may result in a blurred view in an instant, affecting driving safety.
■ Use cleaning agent for glass. The use of water or other types of detergent
may cause damage to the washer motor.
