Chapter 4 Sending Faxes With the MultiPASS C3500 4-3
The MultiPASS begins scanning the
document, and dials the number.
❍ After a few seconds, the display shows the transaction
number for the fax. This is a unique number the
MultiPASS assigns to the document and uses to identify
the document in transaction reports:
The MultiPASS continues to show these displays in order
while the fax is being scanned.
❍ After the document is scanned in,the MultiPASS shows
these displays while the fax is being sent:
