4.3 Connection of the electric system
Please look up the electrical scheme enclosed.
ATTENSION:
The electrical connections of the machine must be exclusively carried out by qualified and
authorized personnel able to choose the most suitable section of electric wires. Therefore, you
need to know the total power installed and the total current needed to choose the section of the
cables.
First of all, make sure that the functioning voltage of the machine (see identification plate on the
machine) corresponds to the power supply voltage used in the work environment.
Check the voltage and frequency are corresponding to the machine nameplate.
For 380V~415V/3PH
1. Open the wiring box (Fig4.3.1).
2. Connect 4 wires (3 phase, 1 ground). L1, L2, L3 to 3 phase, PE to
ground.
3. Use a cable adequate for the total power installed.
4. Close the wiring box.
For 220V~240V/ 3PH
1. Open the wiring box (Fig. 4.3.2).
2. Connect 4 wires (3 phase, 1 ground). R, S, T to 3 phase, E to ground.
3. Use a cable adequate for the total power installed.
4. Close wiring box.
