Visual check on damaged radius-trimmer

Visual check on damaged buffing unit wheels
●
Clean off glue residue on machine
●
Drain water in air filter collection cup
●
Lubricate flush-trimmer adjustment shafts
●
Check motor belt tension
●
Check conveyor belt tension
●
Lubricate edgebanding feed gears
●
Inspect entire machine for loose parts or
signs of abnormal wear

6.2 Edge feeding
6.2.1 Touch panel type
Edge feeding length adjustment by using touch panel
Edge length should be around 10-15mm longer on both sides of the panel after gluing and
before end trimming. If edge length remained is not in proper range, please follow below
steps to adjust it.
